Terms of Service

Slidehook is an AI-powered tool that generates TikTok photo carousels and videos and helps you upload or publish them to your own TikTok account. Slidehook is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

The Service offers free and paid plans (Starter, Builder, Scale). Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with prior notice.

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or generate through the Service (“Content”). You grant us a limited license to host and process your Content solely to operate the Service, including sending it to TikTok at your request. You are solely responsible for your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.

The Service uses AI to generate text and images. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing all generated Content before publishing it to TikTok or elsewhere.

When you connect TikTok, you authorize Slidehook to upload and/or publish Content to your own TikTok account on your behalf. You must comply with TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and with all applicable laws. You must not use the Service to create or publish content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, spammy, or harmful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that put our TikTok developer access at risk.

The Service integrates with third parties (such as TikTok, Google Gemini, and Stripe) and, optionally, with services for which you supply your own API keys (such as Google Gemini and HeyGen). You are responsible for complying with those providers’ terms and for any usage or charges incurred under keys you provide. We are not responsible for third-party services.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Foxtaming and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or to copy, modify, or resell the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that publishing through TikTok will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, as it depends on TikTok’s APIs and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foxtaming will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by French law. The competent French courts will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
